We are now able to issue tax receipts!
Thanks to Norwest Community Food Centre and Canada Helps, for a small adminatration fee you can get a tax
receipt for 100% of the value of your donation.

In 2019, when the pandemic hit and food became very difficult to obtain for our most vulnerable populations in Winnipeg, Made with Love was born.

Since then almost 100,000 meals have been delivered, thanks to the generosity of our community.

Before the virus and the economic downturn that has come in its wake, food insecurity was already an urgent problem.
At that time, 1 in 8 Canadians struggled to put food on the table.
That number is now 1 in 6.
One in six Canadians can’t afford to put food on the table.

This is not acceptable.

We believe that healthy food is a basic human right.

To this end, we have decided to reconfigure our catering model to help combat food insecurity here in Winnipeg and ultimately create a more sustainable and equitable food system.
As of January 2023, every meal we cook will give back to our community.
Instead of charging gratuity, we are implementing a 10% donation to Made with Love.
We will use these proceeds in addition to our excess product to create nutritious meals.
Main Street Project will distribute meals to those in need.
