It is the 5th edition of Grazing in the Field!

The dinner is taking place on Saturday, September 17th at the Andres Family’s Dairy – Twinpark Holsteins, just south of Steinbach.

The 5th edition of Grazing in the Field will feature new technology for dairy farming, as the Andres have just installed a voluntary milking system in their barn, where their cows get to choose when they want to get milked! You will get to watch this amazing technology first hand when you attend the dinner.

The experience kicks off at a central location in Winnipeg, where guests board motor coaches for a scenic ride out to the farm.

Festivities begin with a cocktail “meet and greet” with the farm family, followed by a tour of the dairy barn during milking, before wandering back to the dining tent to experience local food through an exceptional 7-course menu designed by Chef Ben Kramer and his team.

Your ticket price includes transportation to and from the farm, the meal and more!  We depart the city at 4 p.m. and return around 10:30 p.m.

Tickets are $150 + GST.  Only 100 tickets are available.
