Come join us Saturday, August 20th for a beer dinner focused around our favourite beer ingredient - hops.
Chef Ben Kramer and Chef Harold Mitchell are going to prepare a 5-course menu to pair with a selection of Sookram’s hop focused beers that have never been poured before (except Desert Island because we just can’t quit this beer).
We spent a bit of time with Sandra from Prairie Gem Hops this spring and did a some early harvesting with her. These hops will find their way into this fun locally focused menu.
Sookram’s will be launching 4 new test batches at the dinner ranging in styles that will showcase locally grown hops and hops from the Pacific Northwest. You’ll also receive a custom branded glass from the evening.
